Hey James. Looks like you're predicting a big drop in gold prices, for someone who bought gold near all time highs a few months ago (whoops), would you suggest riding it out or taking loss and waiting for those levels you mentioned?
I think a bigger drop may happen, but ultimately, this is a spot where I'd be considering DCA into gold, so I'd hold on unless you have a clear purpose for that capital
Times like this really reinforce the notion that markets are actually just as likely to be irrational in either direction as they are likely to be rational.
How is the liquidity/macro picture looking? There must be some basis for the sell-off.
Lots going on. Liquidity is keeping up, but the pace of increase is slowing down. Sell-off could be for a lot of reasons, like re-rating after the Fed meeting. I'll do a macro post this week.
Hi pragmatic. There might be some kind of mkt correction. But overall, I see a bull mkt until around the midterms in the US. After then, all bets are off. Just my feeling. No hard data to back this up.
